Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring together a diverse community of witches, pagans, and spiritual workers to leverage our magical and mundane tools and abilities to manifest a liberated, just, inclusive and equitable world.

Vision Statement

Our vision is of a future in which:

* Indigenous lands have been returned

* White supremacy has been eradicated

* the interdependence of people and nature is acknowledged

* just solutions to the climate crisis have been achieved

* every person has fair access to food, clean water, housing, education, and healthcare

* the police state has been replaced by a network of community-based organizations who serve the well-being of the people

* the systems and institutions that perpetuate violence, bias, and discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, immigration status, and disability status have been demolished

* all people have access to full participation in society and culture in a way that honors their personhood, dignity, and perspectives

* universal design is recognized, valued, and implemented to the fullest degree

Our Nine Values
Liberation

We seek the liberation of oppressed and exploited people.

Inclusion

We seek to build a movement that goes beyond accessibility, one that is truly inclusive and provides multiple avenues for participation with dignity and respect.

Paradox

As practitioners of witchcraft, paganism, or other spiritual paths, we acknowledge that sometimes truth contains paradox. We seek to hold space for the tensions and conflicts between the issues and goals we support.

Community

We recognize that effective change stems from strong communities.

Justice

We recognize the long history of inequality and inequity, and we seek to rectify these injustices.

Flexibility

We strive to remain flexible, to embrace change and challenges, and to learn and adapt as we build together.

Agency

Autonomy and agency are cornerstones of personhood and community identity. We respect the agency of individuals and communities, and honor their expertise in their own experiences.

Intersectionality

We acknowledge that identities overlap and intersect, and that awareness of these interactions is critical.

Consent

We recognize that all people have the right to make choices about their lives and their boundaries - physical, emotional, and spiritual. We also recognize our responsibility to hold our own boundaries.
